BEVERLY – Sixteen under won the 11th BrAva Golf Outing on July 25 at the Lakeside Golf Course in Beverly. The winning foursome of Aaron Clark, Derek Ginther and Brad Kearns of Waterford and Kelson McCurdy of Beverly shot 54 in the annual benefit scramble at the par-70 Lakeside. PARKERSBURG – City of Parkersburg officials are reviewing a court ruling that could impact how recyclable materials are picked up. Wood County Circuit Court Judge J.D.
