Many Americans aren't aware of Biden's "totalization" initiative. With Biden as president and his leftists controlling the Senate and narrow GOP control of the House, they can forgo the usual procedure to pass this monstrous giveaway scheme to benefit illegal aliens.
This totalization scheme isn't new but Democrats fear they may soon lose the White House and their opportunity to implement totalization, so they have to act quickly before Biden leaves office. Too, it's unlikely Kamala Harris would act any differently as president.
The totalization initiative will become law automatically since the totalization agreement has already been signed in Guadalajara, Mexico, by a former president.
Biden leftists are counting on inaction by the House and their control in the Senate to enact this taxpayer funded scheme benefiting illegals without either chamber needing to vote. Totalization is an enormous giveaway program for illegal aliens at the expense of senior citizens on Social Security or will be in the next decade.
All Biden needs do is ask Congress to begin the countdown. Congress would then have only sixty days to reject the totalization agreement. To enact "totalization," all Biden and his Congressional allies need do is stop a "no" vote or blocking legislation in either chamber.
Totalization doesn't need to pass to become law. Normally, treaties require a two-thirds vote in the Senate to pass, but not with the totalization agreement already signed.
Leftists want illegals from Mexico to begin receiving Social Security benefits, because illegal aliens are potential voters who can keep them in power. Remember in many states, there are no voter ID laws.
The totalization agreement will bankrupt the Social Security trust fund, leaving current and near future beneficiaries who worked their entire life to save for retirement with little or no benefits.
With caravans of illegals entering the U.S. daily, totalization enactment would swell these numbers past 3 million, by the year's end, devastating our economy.
Once Biden starts the countdown, we have only 60 days to pass a resolution of disapproval or totalization becomes law. Congressman Drew Ferguson, chairman of the House Subcommittee on Social Security, has introduced this resolution.
Everyone should contact their representatives and urge them to support Congressman Ferguson's resolution of disapproval.
