It appears the Boy Scouts of America will now become Scouting America. The original name was designed for boys, as if something is wrong with having an organization for the betterment of one of the sexes. Yes, there are only two choices, male or female.
The BSA organization was already ruined with the inclusion of gay scoutmasters, and also adding girls to the group. Nothing against girls, but they already have their own outfit, which I believe was called the Girl Scouts of America. You remember them. They are the group that still sells overpriced shrinking packages of cookies. Are they allowing boys to join, especially those who identify as a girl? What idiocy of the first class!
In this stupid, inclusive world we now live in, it appears that anything goes if someone just thinks it up. To quote Forrest Gump, "stupid is as stupid does." Well, it is stupid and the normal person knows it. What is wrong is that people, the average Joe out there, maybe a reader of this letter, sits on their hands and says nothing about the Woke philosophy becoming prevalent.
Open your mouth, write a letter to the editor, and sound off about something, at least before this newspaper goes down the drain.
The ultra-liberal section of America does not speak for everyone, but if people do not open their collective mouths, the liberals get all the say.
I also saw a list of demands from the migrants, those put up in ritzy New York hotels that the average American could not afford. $300 or so a night, and yet they have the gall to "demand" culturally appropriate food and a means to prepare it. Since when do criminals, illegal aliens, not "visitors" as Biden would call them, get to call the shots about anything? They need to be shown the door and get back to their own countries. They are not welcome here. They can get their food there.
One under-reported fact is that migrants from the past, those who came in the "legal" way, are totally against letting these invaders in our country. They and their relatives had to come in the correct way and they despise those who do not. The border can be closed if Biden wanted it. Get rid of him in November.
