I do not understand why "proven Conservatives" insist on bashing liberals.
One need only look at the history of Parkersburg ... its plastics industry, advanced technologies, museums and historic buildings to see that the Mid-Ohio Valley has long been a bastion in America for liberal ideas, thoughts and innovations!
Are all Conservatives misanthropes, believing in racism, sexism and migrant hating?
Instead, I hope political candidates, like elementary students, recall "The Pledge of Allegiance:"
"One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for ALL."
