Larry Brooks Cline Larry Brooks Cline, 82, of Parkersburg, departed this life on July 1, 2026. He was a devoted husband, father, Pappy, and the steady foundation of his family. Larry was born on July 26, 1943. He was preceded in death (one month to the day) by his high school sweetheart and adoring wife of 64 years, Barbara Ann Cline. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Rudolph and Olive Cline, and six siblings: Mildred Hickman, Diane Harper, Kathryn Hopkins, Charles Cline, Ivan Cline, and Forrest "Rabbit" Cline.
