Annabelle Starcher, 83, of Parkersburg, passed away July 7, 2026, at her residence. A gathering of family friends will take place Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike Street, from 1-2 p.m. A meal will be held afterward in the family center at the funeral home from 2-4 p.m.

Kristin Evon Stewart, 78, of Marietta, Ohio, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on July 14, 2026. Born March 12, 1948, in Flemington, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late A.P. Stewart Jr. and Hellen Pauline Singleton Stewart. Kristin loved the Lord, her family, and never met a stranger. She was a gifted storyteller. Her kindness, and generous spirit touched everyone she met.
