Judith Ann Miller, 81, of Parkersburg, passed away August 1, 2026, at The Willows Nursing Facility in Parkersburg. She was born June 15, 1945, in Charleston, WV, a daughter of the late Columbus B. and Alice Abbott Blackshire.
Judith retired as a Salesperson for FedComp Corporation. She was a member of Tri City Baptist Church and was previously a member at South Parkersburg Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and her flowerbeds, camping, bowling and spending time with her family.
Surviving are her children: Richard Davis (Oma) of Parkersburg, Joni Wedekamm of Parkersburg, Tim Davis (Vannessa) of Davisville and Matt Miller of Parkersburg, brother Chris Blackshire (Gwen) of Cary, NC, sister Susan Tucker of Morgantown and special friend and companion Bill Charlton of Parkersburg.
Judith also leaves behind her loving grandchildren: Sarah Davis, Rachel Combs (Derek), Natasha Batten, Michael Wedekamm, Allisson Wedekamm (Dayton Hill), Tiffanie Hupp, Austin Davis (Lauren), Brandon Davis (Baylie), Tylund Miller, Vandier Huber and Braxton Miller along with five great-grandchildren: Kloe, Jesse, Riley, Madison and Nolan.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two great-grandchildren: Trenton Hunt and Lucian Dykes.
Funeral services will be Saturday 11AM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Friday 6-8PM.
