One hospitalized after Myrtle Street shooting; suspect in custody

PARKERSBURG — A shooting that left one person hospitalized remained under investigation Friday evening. Parkersburg Police responded around 11 a.m. to a shooting in the 500 block of Myrtle Street. Police Capt. R.L. Koher said the victim was taken to WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center for treatment, where his condition was not immediately available.
