PARKERSBURG -- The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on June 3:
* Heather Dawn Lucas, 907 Pike St. Lot A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order, fined $426.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on six months of unsupervised probation with six days credit for time served. She had a charge of violating a domestic protective order dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Robert James McFee, 728 Burning Springs Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to third-offense driving on a suspended operator's license, third-offense driving on a suspended license and sentenced to 30 days in jail with a credit of one for time served. Charges of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, third-offense driving on a suspended license and improper equipment were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Jeffrey Edward Deem, 1703 Division St. Ext., Parkersburg, had charges of fleeing/attempted fleeing law-enforcement in a vehicle and reckless driving dismissed without prejudice as the officer is no longer employed with the Parkersburg Police Department.
* Austin David Rhodes, 1311 Baird Ave., Cambridge, Ohio, had a charge of DUI dismissed as the defendant is deceased.
* Matthew Carl Fordyce, 1245 Sandhill Road, Marietta, had a charge of violating a domestic violence protective order dismissed as the alleged victim no longer wishes to proceed.
* Denver Woodrow Gibson III, 2508 26th St., Parkersburg, had charges of obstruction with threats of harm and disorderly conduct dismissed after a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* Chelsea Kathleen Doonan, Parkersburg, had charges of unlawful restraint and domestic battery dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim informed the State that she is not willing to cooperate.
* Casey Camryn Williamson, Parkersburg, had two counts of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim informed the State they would not cooperate.
* Dominick Alan Hall, 1377 Deerwalk Hwy, Waverly, had a charge of DUI dismissed after a successful deferred sentence agreement.
* Taz Lee Stickle, 323 Mid Ave., Weston, W.Va., had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of fleeing from law enforcement in a vehicle showing reckless indifference for the safety of others.
* Kayla Nichole Hemingway, 2305 Vaughan Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no seat belt, no MVI, no insurance, improper registration and driving on a suspended license and released on $2,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Jason James Littleton, 2453 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of speeding and reckless driving and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Luke Ian Mahoney, 2504 23rd Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and trespassing after hours and released on bond.
* Anthony James Smith, 918 27th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no seat belt and fined $25. A charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate was dismissed.
* Michael Dana Jozwich, 1252 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed after proof was presented to the court.
* Preston J. Wilson, 3609 Cypress St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no seat belt and fined $25. A charge of having an expired motor vehicle registration was dismissed after proof was presented to the court.
* Alexander Deueney Baggott, 115 Maple Ave., Chardon, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.
* Miranda Ann Bowers, 49 Hummingbird Way, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $186.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed.

PARKERSBURG -- The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on June 4:
* Scott Brown Smith, 20 Silos, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to having expired registration and fined $376.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Zackery Hart McDonald, 800 29th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, fined $386.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation with a credit of two days for time served.
* Sherita Renee Lee, 1600 Knotts Ave. #23, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on six months of unsupervised probation. A charge of simple assault was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Erick Lee Showalter, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Giles County, Virginia, on a charge of failure to appear involving a felony larceny. He was held without bond.
* Austin Lee Bailey, 247 Country Lanes, Mt. Zion, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of violation of a domestic violence protection order and held on $3,000 cash bond.
* Benjamin Carl Bauman, 1814 Love Hill Road, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of speeding in a work zone by 15 mph or more and reckless driving and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Kaytlynn Nichole Banks, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on $3,000 surety bond.
* John Wesley David Allen, 4136 Mackletree Road, Blue Creek, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of DUI, possession of a controlled substance, having an open container, failure to yield, having no proof of insurance and having an improper lane change and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Joshua Tyler Reed-Dewhirst, 2805 Birch St. Lot 29, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of DUI, possession of a controlled substance (two counts), obstruction and driving on a suspended license and released on $4,000 bond.
* Rafael Russell Delgado, 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance/surety bond.
* Curtis Franklin Rea, 1573 Williamstown Pike, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of violating a protective order and violation of bond and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Douglas Gregory Jenkins Jr., 3260 East Little Kanawha Hwy, Apt 5, Grantsville, W.Va., pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver's license and fined $201.48.
* Amelia M Parsons, 320 South Mimosa Lane Apt. 9, Bridgeport, W.Va., pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $191.48.
* Levi C. Blosser, 2212 36th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and fined $376.48.
* Denise M Bello-Weiss, 1236 Fairview Ave., Havertown, Pa., pleaded no contest to speeding (86 mph in a 65 mph zone) and fined $196.48.
* Tabitha Starr Haught, 3623 Packard St. Apt. 14, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of forgery and uttering. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Shane Salyers, 807 Neal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and held on $3,000 surety bond.
* Tamela Sue Ervin, 609 1/2 Caroline Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of attempted fraudulent scheme and released on $2,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Makayla Marie Powell, 3501 Elm St. Apt 4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance and having expired registration and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Sam Christopher Womack, 804 Olive St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Jennifer Michelle Longwell, 3 Worthington Lane Apt. 9, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a revoked license for DUI and obstruction and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Hunter Triphers Piatt, 709 Pomeroy Pike, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of fleeing from law enforcement showing reckless indifference and held on $200,000 surety bond.
* Chad A Wilkinson, 455 Spring Valley Way, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of having expired registration, having no operator's license, having no MVI and having no insurance and released on $2,000 personal recognizance bond
