BELPRE - The GFWC Belpre Woman鈥檚 Club has announced the lineup for the 2026 Music by the River Concert Series. The free community concert series, celebrating its 28th summer, will begin Tuesdays at the club-built bandstand in Civitan Park on Blennerhassett Avenue. June and July performances will begin at 7:30 p.m. while August concerts will begin at 7 p.m. In the event of rain, concerts may be moved to Wednesday evening if the band is available. PARKERSBURG - A two-vehicle crash involving an Amazon delivery truck and a tow truck took place shortly before 11 a.m. Tuesday on Emerson Avenue north of Interstate 77 heading toward Waverly.
