Free concert at library on Emerson Avenue

PARKERSBURG – The Parkersburg & Wood County Public Library on Emerson Avenue will feature a free concert at 6 p.m. Thursday with Michigan singer/songwriter Mike Ward and songstress and musician Joy Zimmerman of the greater Kansas City region. Both artists are folk and Americana performers.

Delays on Hebron Road in Pleasants County

ST. MARYS – There will be delays on Hebron Road (Pleasants County 3/2) beginning 0.54 miles west of Freeland Road (Pleasants County 5) at milepost 1.557 between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. today and Thursday for a paving project. Motorists are asked to plan accordingly. Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the work schedule.
