Christmas Carols
The Macfarlan Community Church will sing Christmas carols at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the Macfarlan-Dutchman community.
The church will hold its Christmas program at 5 p.m. Sunday. Along with vocal solos and recitations by youth and adults, the "Love Came Down" presentation will focus on God sending Jesus that special night in Bethlehem along with the gifts sent from Heaven on the first Christmas.
The MacFarlan Community Church Christmas Eve Candlelight Service will be held 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. The service, "Angels: Heralds of Hope," will be a traditional retelling of the angels' involvement in the Christmas story, emphasizing God's message of hope for the world.
