鈥楥ookeez鈥� sale set for Dec. 13 at First Lutheran Church

PARKERSBURG -- The annual "Cookeez" sale at First Lutheran Church, 1701 19th St., will be held Saturday, Dec. 13, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Gathering Space.

There will be a selection of homemade cookies, breads, and candies, as well as other holiday treats. First Lutheran crafters have been busy and will have many new Christmas craft items available.

The homemade microwaveable bowl cozies have become an annual favorite and disappear quickly. Also available this year are wreaths, gnome ornaments, Scandinavian Stars, and needlepoint ornaments. The Christmas angels made from dried okra from the Church Community garden will also be available again this year.
