Picture This: Easter Parade Committee Hopping into Action

Preparations are under way for the 15th annual Mid-Ohio Valley Easter Parade at 2 p.m. April 12 on Market Street in Parkersburg. In conjunction with the parade, there will be a bonnet contest at the Grand Central Mall. Design a one-of-a-kind Easter bonnet and drop it off at the Grand Central Mall on March 29. There will be a parade committee member there to accept hats from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tables will be in the food court area near Auntie Anne鈥檚. Hats will be judged and winners will be announced on April 5. There will be prizes for the contest winners, who will be invited to participate in the Easter Parade.
