Fourth Annual Great Friday Event
PARKERSBURG -- On April 18, a group of about two dozen local youth ministries will come together at South Parkersburg Baptist Church for the fourth annual Great Friday event.
Over the course of the evening students and youth ministry volunteers will pack 10,000 meals for food insecure areas through Rise Against Hunger, assemble 20 playhouses to donate to the local Habitat for Humanity ReStore and participate in big group games and a student-led worship service.
Doors open to middle and high school students on Friday, April 18 at 5:30 p.m. before officially kicking off at 6 p.m. and ending at 10 p.m.
