Dr. Brian and Yvonne Powderly, formerly of Belpre, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Dr. Gillian Powderly to Dr. Michael Harvey.
Gillian graduated Parkersburg Catholic High School in 2005, the University of Dayton in 2008, and Midwestern University in 2012 where she obtained a doctorate in pharmacy. She lives in St. Louis, Mo., where she works for the St. Louis VA Healthcare System.
Michael is from Thousand Oaks, Calif., and the son of Michael and Gina Harvey. He is graduated Thousand Oaks High School in 2004, the University of Washington in 2008, and the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy in 2012 where he obtained a doctorate in pharmacy. Michael lives in St. Louis and works for the Veterans' Health Administration.
A Catholic wedding is scheduled for April 1, 2022 in Coconut Grove, Fla.
