The bride-to-be is the daughter of Robert and Charlene Hilliard of Ellenboro and Nelia McConaha of Parkersburg and the late William R. McConaha. She is a senior markets customer service representative for Highmark BCBS.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of the late Harry J. Taylor and Karen Shears Taylor. He is the owner/operator of Taylor's Son Trucking.
A wedding is planned for October. After a honeymoon in Daytona Beach, Fla., the couple will reside in Parkersburg.
