Ann Kormendi of Parkersburg celebrated her 95th birthday Monday, Aug. 1, 2022.
She was born in Southfurt, Pa., the eldest of five siblings. She raised one daughter and two sons. She was married to her loving husband Mike Kormendi for 67 years and remains a Parkersburg resident, enjoying family and friends.
Her grandson and his wife, Brian and Jill Miller, hosted a birthday event at their home in Mooresville, N.C. Some attending were daughter Beth and Jim Knapp of Parkersburg, son John and Susan Kormendi of Jacksonville, Fla., and great-grandson Jackson Miller.
Please wish Ann a happy birthday if you see her walking laps in the mall or hiking her favorite alleys in North Parkersburg.
