Darrell and Geraldine Smith of Lubeck will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on April 13 with a dinner surrounded by family.
Darrell retired from Dupont and Geraldine (Sallie) was a homemaker and Avon representative. The couple has five children, Cheryl (Dallas) Wingrove, Beverly (Chuck) Morgan, Denise (Chester) Hoover, Dave/Bubba (Teresa) Smith and Brent (Kacey) Smith.
They are also blessed with six grandchildren, Jeremy (Beth) Wingrove, Wesley (Amy) Wingrove, Ryan (Sarah) Wingrove, Noah (Alexis) Smith, Maggie Smith and Wyatt Smith, and eight great grandchildren, Jacob (Shelby) Canary, Hannah Wingrove, Cayden Wingrove, Jackson Wingrove, Tyler Wingrove, Olivia Wingrove, Jack Wingrove and Parker Smith.
