Cal and Sharon (Henry) Malcom celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Nov. 27, 2021.
They were married on Nov. 27, 1971, at Greenbottom Missionary Baptist Church in Lesage, W.Va., by the Rev. Freddie Spurlock.
Sharon is the daughter of the late Glen and Mary Henry and Cal is the son of Iris Malcom of Huntington and the late Arthur Malcom. Cal and Sharon are the parents of two daughters, Melody Wright of Little Hocking and Holly (Zac) Johnson of Williamstown. They are Gee and Grandpa to granddaughters Breagan, Rylee, and Kestyn Wright and Ava and Maggie Johnson of Williamstown. Sharon is retired from the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources and Cal is semi-retired as a printer/broker.
