PARKERSBURG – A Waverly man has been charged with more than a dozen counts of wanton endangerment after allegedly firing a gun at a man with whom he was in a dispute. Christen Hall, 24, was in custody Friday afternoon at the Wood County Holding Facility on a $520,000 bond following his arrest Thursday evening, according to a release from Parkersburg Police Chief Matthew Board.
